Face #6: Janine Standish

Hi everyone! It's really been a while but I hope you're all doing alright!
This month, we talked to Janine Standish, a counselor. She talked to us about how to cope with certain things through this time. She brought up things like meditation and keeping a journal in order to stay in a good mindset while we're in quarantine.
I will admit, during this time, I was going through an internal struggle with myself. Maybe it was the time period, but I really feel that talk woke me up and made me realize that I can do things to better myself during quarantine. Her talk was really something special to me because I feel as though something like that was exactly what I needed during that point in my life.
