Face #8: Inise Lawrence

For our final face, we spoke with Inise Lawrence, the general manager of Rockhouse Hotel in Jamaica. She told us a little bit about her upbringing. Mostly, how people in Jamaica are taught hospitality because of how it's mostly a vacation destination. She discussed how everything was currently paused because of Covid-19, but how the hotel was still running with a small team inside.
I thought it was so interesting to see how another hotel was running, because my mom works in a hotel. Because I knew how her hotel was only running on a small team as well. I'd really like to visit the Rockhouse because of how beautiful the scenery that she showed us was.
Overall, I enjoyed the conference very much, for the time that I was able to be there for it.
